1. Data controller

2. What data we handle

This website has no forms and no user accounts. We only handle the data you send us voluntarily when you get in touch by WhatsApp, email or phone: your name, phone number, email address and whatever you include in your message (for example, your immigration situation, the type of insurance you need or the housing you are looking for).

3. Purpose and legal basis

Where an enquiry includes special category data (for example, health data for a medical policy), we will handle it solely to arrange the policy you ask for, with your explicit consent.

4. How long we keep it

We keep your data for as long as the relationship lasts and then for the applicable limitation periods (generally up to 5 years; for insurance, the periods required by the insurance distribution rules). If you only made an enquiry and did not go ahead, we will delete your data within 12 months at most.

5. Who receives it

We do not sell or pass on your data to third parties for commercial purposes.

6. Your rights

You can exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction of processing and portability by writing to adriana.gazzlebr@agentes.fiatc.esand saying which right you want to exercise. If you believe we have not dealt with your request properly, you can complain to the Spanish data protection authority, the Agencia Española de Protección de Datos (www.aepd.es).

7. Cookies

This website does not use cookies, its own or third-party, and has no analytics or advertising tools. That is why you see no cookie banner. If we add any in future, we will update this policy and ask for consent where required.

8. Security

We apply reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your data, including encrypted transmission (HTTPS) on this site and restricted access to the information you send us.

9. Prevailing version

This translation is provided as a courtesy, to make the text easier to read. If there is any difference in interpretation, the Spanish version prevails, as it is the legally valid one — this is a document governed by Spanish and European law.
