In accordance with article 10 of Spanish Law 34/2002 on Information Society Services and Electronic Commerce (LSSI-CE), the following are the identifying details of the owner of this website:

2. Activity and registration as an insurance intermediary

Adriana Gazzlebr carries out insurance mediation as a tied insurance agent of FIATC Mutua de Seguros y Reaseguros, under agent number 0136915. The entry in the administrative register of insurance and reinsurance distributors held by the Dirección General de Seguros y Fondos de Pensiones — the Spanish insurance regulator, known as the DGSFP — can be checked through its public information point (www.dgsfp.mineco.es).

Support with immigration procedures and help finding housing are services separate from insurance mediation and are not part of FIATC's offering.

3. Terms of use

Access to this website is free and makes you a user, which means accepting these terms. The content is for information only and is not a contractual offer; the terms of each policy are set out in the policy document issued by FIATC. Indicative prices shown here (for example, the support fees for immigration procedures) do not include official government charges or taxes unless expressly stated.

4. Intellectual and industrial property

The text, images, logos and other elements of this site belong to its owner or are used with permission. The FIATC trade mark belongs to FIATC Mutua de Seguros y Reaseguros and is used solely to identify the agency relationship. Reproduction without express authorisation is prohibited.

This site contains links to third-party services (WhatsApp, email). The owner is not responsible for their content or for their privacy policies.

6. Data protection

The processing of any personal data you provide is governed by our Privacy policy.

7. Applicable law

These terms are governed by Spanish law. Any dispute will be heard by the courts of Málaga, unless consumer protection rules establish a different jurisdiction.

8. Prevailing version

This translation is provided as a courtesy, to make the text easier to read. If there is any difference in interpretation, the Spanish version prevails, as it is the legally valid one — this is a document governed by Spanish law.
